In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the kit4d platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. kit4d enforces a strict minimum age policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of kit4d, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by kit4d for breach of these Terms.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

To access kit4d's full range of services — including the sportsbook, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and slots — you must register a Member Account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

• One Account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date throughout the life of your Account. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate Account closure.
• Account security: You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password and for maintaining its confidentiality. kit4d will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. You must notify kit4d support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• KYC verification: Prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding IDR 5.000.000 (or such other threshold as kit4d may publish from time to time), Members must complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport. kit4d may request additional supporting documents where required.
• Account closure: Members may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining Wallet Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following completion of KYC requirements.

All transactions on the kit4d Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). kit4d does not charge Members a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

4.1 Approved Deposit Methods

kit4d accepts deposits via the following approved channels:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• Digital e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to the Member's Wallet within seconds for e-wallets and within 1–5 minutes for bank transfers during business hours.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by Members who have satisfied all applicable KYC requirements are processed by kit4d's automated payout engine. Standard processing time is under three minutes for verified accounts. kit4d targets 24/7 withdrawal availability including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the kit4d Account holder.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• kit4d reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request that it deems unusual or potentially associated with fraudulent activity.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily or monthly limits are published in the Payments section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

kit4d offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Members. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any funds derived from the bonus may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from the date of credit). Upon expiry, the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are automatically removed from the Wallet.
• One bonus per household: Where multiple Members share the same device, IP address, or payment method, kit4d may limit bonus eligibility to one Account per household to prevent abuse.
• Abuse and misuse: kit4d reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or cancel any bonus where it reasonably determines that the promotion has been exploited or that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure.
• Seasonal promotions: kit4d may run time-limited promotional campaigns around significant Indonesian occasions including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and the Indonesian Independence Day period (17 August). These promotions are subject to their own individual terms and are available to eligible Members during the stated promotional window only.

The following general rules apply to all games and betting products available on the kit4d Platform:

• Sportsbook: All sports bets are subject to the applicable event rules published in the sportsbook section. In-play bets are accepted at kit4d's discretion and may be suspended at any time without prior notice. Results are settled based on official match outcomes as reported by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, the BRI Liga 1 organiser, or the AFF for Timnas Indonesia fixtures). Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the overall bet to be paid out. A void selection within a mix parlay reduces the accumulator by one leg.
• Togel: Togel draw results are determined by officially published output numbers from the respective pool operators (e.g., Singapore Pools). In the event of any discrepancy between results displayed on kit4d and the official source, the official source prevails. Minimum and maximum stake limits per draw are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time and are final once the round has concluded. Technical malfunctions during a live casino session that interrupt play may result in the voiding of the affected round, in which case all stakes will be returned to the Member's Wallet.
• Slots: Slot game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Progressive jackpot amounts are subject to change in real time based on network-wide play.
• Error and void bets: kit4d reserves the right to void any wager placed due to a manifest pricing error, system fault, or data feed failure. In all void cases, stakes are returned in full to the Member's Wallet.

Members must not engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the kit4d Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account use.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to mask the user's true geographic location.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software, systems, or game logic.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kit4d staff, support agents, or other Members through any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Wallet Balances and winnings, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

All content on the kit4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, game assets, software code, written content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of kit4d or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of kit4d.

kit4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

kit4d does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and game studios is limited to what is strictly necessary to deliver the requested service and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kit4d's aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kit4d shall not be liable for any of the following, whether or not such losses were foreseeable at the time of entering into these Terms:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of goodwill, reputation, or business opportunity.
• Indirect, special, or consequential losses of any nature.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, or internet connectivity issues beyond kit4d's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to secure their Account credentials or resulting from unauthorised third-party access to the Member's Account.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kit4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kit4d is incorporated and licensed to operate. kit4d operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and complies with the requirements of its licensing authority.

Members in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to specific local regulations. By using the Platform, you represent that you have satisfied yourself as to the legality of your participation under the laws applicable to you personally. kit4d makes no representation that the Platform is legal in every jurisdiction from which it may be accessed.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and kit4d that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation and customer support channels, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of kit4d's registered operating jurisdiction.

kit4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to eligibility criteria, withdrawal conditions, or bonus policy — kit4d will provide advance notice to Members via email or a prominent Platform notification no fewer than seven days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining Wallet Balance.

The version number and last-updated date displayed at the top of this page reflect the current version of these Terms. Previous versions are available on request from customer support.
